Seriously excellent, knowledgeable and fun. If you’re after a great coach, definitely look no further. I really hate exercise, but Adrian manages to keep me entertained – quite a feat given I’ve no issues with stopping whenever I’m bored (as I’ve no specific weight, diet or other goals – just keeping the arteries free enough of cholesterol to live another day to eat more chips).
